Historic General Dodge House
This Victorian house-museum was built by Grenville and Mrs. Dodge in 1869-1870. Today it is a National Historic Landmark. Dodge was a Civil War general, railroad builder, banker and politician. Each year, the mansion is fully decorated for Christmas, exhibiting 25 Christmas trees in a variety of holiday charm. Kanesville Tabernacle
This reconstructed log building, covered wagon and handcarts can be found on the site where Brigham Young was sustained president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1847. Lewis and Clark Monument and Scenic Overlook

Rails West Railroad Museum and HO Model Railroad
This 1899 Rock Island depot, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, houses an extensive operating model railroad, historic photos, dining car memorabilia and uniforms. Also displayed on the grounds are two steam engines, a 1917 way car, a club car, a railway post office car and a caboose. Squirrel Cage Jail
This is one of three remaining examples of the "Lazy Susan" jails. This three-story brick structure was completed in 1885 and featured a "cage" that rotated to allow jailers a view of all cells from a single vantage point.
